Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients, I have the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% of the service price
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client.
